If soldiers are checking in for in-processing at Rock Island Arsenal, those with children up to 18 years of age must process through the Child, Youth and School Services which is located in Building 110, Rodman Avenue. Each soldier should bring all personnel records as well as medical and dental records. In-processing can take several days to complete, and the Child, Youth and School Services at Rock Island Arsenal will provide information regarding school and child care services.
